I typically refrain from writing bad opinions on restaurants.But in this case…I’m sure they’ve had plenty of time to update the 3 large signs that say $1 tacos. So the actual price of the tacos being different than the displayed price, is a bit deceptive.

El Ranchito serves up some of, if not the best tacos in Waco that I have found to date. I have never left hungry or unsatisfied with my taco choices. The green sauce is a crowd favorite, as is the birria quezataco. I can guarantee that you will not leave disappointed with anything you order at El Ranchito. The owner is very kind, and while English is not his first language, he makes great attempts to understand your order and deliver what you order. Tacos are marked as $1 on signs on the front of the truck, but beware, they have been steadily climbing in price and are now about $1.50 as of summer/fall 2021. The value for what you receive is tremendous and the flavor of the food is unparalleled by any other place I have found in Waco.
