El Ranchito serves up some of, if not the best tacos in Waco that I have found to date. I have never left hungry or unsatisfied with my taco choices. The green sauce is a crowd favorite, as is the birria quezataco. I can guarantee that you will not leave disappointed with anything you order at El Ranchito. The owner is very kind, and while English is not his first language, he makes great attempts to understand your order and deliver what you order. Tacos are marked as $1 on signs...

Our car had some problems so we took it to a mechanic. We saw this truck across the street and decided to head over to get something to eat while we waited. They had $1 tacos and I wanted to try them. I ended up eating 6 of them because they were absolutely amazing. We were in Texas for a couple of days and this was hands down the best food I ate the whole trip.
