Smelled Mike sewer or maybe grease trap and this kids behind the counter were very distracted by everything but helping the customer.

First of all when I walked in there was a distinct smell next I ordered the chicken fettuccine alfredo and as soon as got it to my table there was a hair in my food I told the young lady at the counter she asked me if I wanted them to remake it or get a refund I told her I wanted a refund. She acted like she didn’t care she didn’t tell me “I’m sorry” or anything and definitely the staff didn’t have a care in the world either. the cooks need to wear hairnets before the health department comes in

Ordered to go and they did not include any utensils or napkins. So rude. Did you expect me to eat pasta with my bare hands? Train your staff to MAKE SURE TO INCLUDE UTENSILS IN EVERY ORDER! So annoying and unprofessional!
I always get one of the samplers, with a side of meatballs. The lasagna is my favorite. Now for a limited time they serving cheese ravioli. I've never had a bad meal at any fazolis.

We love Fazoli's. Unfortunately we don't have one in our town - Birmingham Alabama, so every time we are in a city where there is one we try to visit. I think the food is substantially better than any other fast food restaurant chain. Great place for lunch or dinner. Oh, and the bread sticks are top notch. Much better than any other Italian restaurant you will find anywhere. Highly recommended.

I only came bc my GF loves pasta. We had the chicken ravioli Alfredo. I don’t care for pasta so I only ate the chicken. The chicken was amazing! The breadsticks were good.
