Since when did a drive through fast food restaurant charge the same price as restaurants?! $13-$15 for a mediocre, half of a meal is ridiculous!
$50 for 3 meals and they don't even include the drinks. They don't give you enough food for the price they charge. Barely any food in the aluminum containers.
Inside the building is disgusting, the floors are sticky and the tables aren't any better.
If you want to feed your kids, spend your money elsewhere or else your kids will still be hungry. This is ridiculous! Last time we will be coming here.

Didn’t even get inside. Says it opens at 10:30 am but we showed up at 11:15 am and the doors were locked. As we were in our car looking up our next option to eat lunch, some guy came out and unlocked the doors at 11:18am. We just left.

The staff was very accommodating. The garlic chicken ravioli had too much of a spicy taste so that I could not eat it. The flavor was fine but I am sensitive to spice. My nephew really loved it. They even got me a replacement entree. We always eat at Fazoli’s when we are in Waco. Love the breadsticks!

The person working as cashier today was insanely rude. She was impatient and spoke rudely as was the drive-thru employee that threw my grandma’s food out the window at her. The place was not busy by any means as my grandma was the only one in the drive thru and their dining room was not packed. Two stars for atmosphere because the person cleaning, I believe his name was Miguel was really kind and helpful.

Placed an order for large baked spaghetti with meat balls and got plain spaghetti. I also ordered a cheesecake with NO strawberries, and they places strawberries and sauce on it. The order was tiny and incorrect all the way around. I called to try to return, and had to leave a message. I got pics. I use to love this place, but the services have really gone down hill.
