I regularly visit For Keeps because it’s just a few blocks away from my home and each time I’m always met with disappointment. Whether the staff isn’t friendly or my order has been forgotten about to the bad parking situation and mid level coffee.
I always come back for the pastries, they did this right! Lattes are just ok, cortado is just ok as well. Also, the atmosphere isn’t very inviting as it is very Christian, people praying, bibles out etc. this isn’t something the coffee shop can control but they set the atmosphere and clearly their agenda is to be a Christian coffee shop. Please be a safe and inclusive space for everyone, even people who aren’t religious, we just want good coffee.

I purchased an iced vanilla latte. As someone who drinks coffee on a regular basis, it was ok. Nothing to write home about. I understand the concept of making one size for the to go iced drink, but $5 for a small drink is pretty steep. The drink itself was basic, no wonderful notes of the type of coffee, just generic. The cup was probably something that frustrated me the most because the lid was extremely flimsy. All in all, it isn’t a terrible place if you want coffee and are in the area.

First time visiting this place. Customer service is everything. The employee's were not engaged and somewhat rude. It's really annoying when I walk into a place and I'm looked at as if I shouldn't be there. I felt out of place and won't be going back.
