Nothing short of fabulous. Everything they serve is authentic, delicious, & wonderfully portioned for the money. I recommend the gumbo, crawfish etouffee, Lafayette Atchafalaya, the boils are delicious. If you want REAL Cajun food made with love, this is IT!
I thought I had already found the best Cajun spot in Waco with Cajun Craft, but Friday’s Cajun Kitchen might be just as good, maybe even a little better. Cajun Craft is plated up fancy and feels more upscale with the price to match, but here all you need is a styrofoam plate. That tells you everything: it is about the food, plain and simple.

This is my favorite sea food spot in Waco !! They get me right any and every time I come in !!! I enjoy the one piece cat fish with the shrimp and two sides. They have a few options but this is my go to !! Service is always A1 !!
