If you are looking for the best Cajun seafood this side of the Louisiana/Texas state line, look no further than Friday's Seafood and More. Ms. Stacey and her team are friendly and their food is amazing. Whether you liked your seafood grilled, fried or boiled, Friday's is where it's at! If you go on a Friday, you can get some of the most amazing gumbo or on Saturday for some cubion. Plus, all the regular seafood dishes that are out of this world - etouffee, jambalaya, boudin balls, catfish, shrimp, oysters, etc.

Went for the first time this evening, and we were so glad we did!! Food was outstanding and the service was so friendly and welcoming. We had two pounds of crawfish, red beans and rice, catfish and bread pudding. Can't wait to go back for gumbo!

Don’t let the outside fool you. I thought about not going in but I am glad I did. It is like stepping into South Louisiana right here in Texas. The people are friendly and the Cajun Food is great. We had the shrimp poor-boys and the boudin balls and they were cooked to perfection. We will return any time we are in Waco.

Fantastic authentic Cajun food, and everyone working here is very friendly! One of the few places around to get gator and softshell crab, their atchafalaya is fantastic, and they fry a mean oyster. Everything is rich with flavor, none of that lame bland chain Cajun food here. Also a good place to get a crawfish boil, if the season is right. Oh and the potato salad! Why is it so good?

Very very good food with hospitality that is absolutely over the top, you feel right at home instantly. We were traveling trough and saw it pop up on our maps and we of course like seafood. It was like God was leading the way to some great food but also some great people. It was cold outside and instantly Stacy asked if we had been there before and then said you have to try a sample of my gumbo and Etouffee, oh my word I was in love instantly. I had the Atchafalaya and is was spectacular, oh my word. We are from Kansas and when I saw she has Coubion on Fridays I was ready to reschedule my trip to be there.
