I very rarely post negative reviews. What happened today at this establishment warrants one. I ordered a fajita bar for 10 people to be picked up today. It was reconfirmed last night. I showed up to pick up the order and the bartender was incredibly rude and unhelpful. All he said to me was “we don’t have it”. No apology, no attempt to make it right. I showed him the order confirmation on my phone and he asked the kitchen if they had anything but no help there. Basically just brushed me off that I’m out of luck. So now I’m scrambling trying to feed 10 people because fuzzys completely dropped the ball and left me holding the bag. How this was handled was so unprofessional, I am disgusted. Do not order catering if you actually want to get your meal!

Food is average, and overpriced for what you get. More of a bar type establishment. Took the family for lunch and the only other people in there were sitting at the bar. We were the only diners and waited longer than I would've expected considering this. Service was not warm or welcoming, seemed like they were irritated just having to be there, let alone serve the one family dining in. Could be a cute place to eat but the atmosphere is stagnant. We'll stick with Rosa's.

me and my family love coming here on Tuesday nights to order our favorite taco (the fried avocado) and listen to karaoke. problem is, they’ve been mysteriously out of the fried avocado for about 4 weeks now. Not sure why, considering that the other fuzzys downtown can still make them (though that location doesn’t do karaoke, so we don’t like to go there.) but it is very disappointing considering that’s the only thing we like to order.

So I have a friend that worked there for about a week and a half to 2 weeks and then she found another for closer to home to make it more conventional for her... well when she went to pick up her check I guess out of every1 in the company, her check was the only one that was missing and she's been trying to get it but they won't give it to her.... I didn't know fuzzys was into slave labor...free. The GM Victorie isn't doing anything about it, this has to be the worst management I have ever seen in a company...

Fuzzys has a pretty cool atmosphere and a very nice menu. This was my second time here, and i had the taco plate. It was delicious! Best tacos I've had since being in Texas. The Spanish rice and fried potatoes were amazing as well. Go check em out, you'll be glad you did.
