There is no one in Waco who has legitimate Huaraches except Gary’s Grill. Don’t let the American sounding name fool you. This is a family business and their recipes come directly from Guadalajara, Mexico! No Tex-Mex!!! They use fresh ingredients, made to order. Tortillas are always handmade to perfection! Their customer service is first class. You will never be disappointed with your order. But if by some chance you are… they will definitely make it right. That’s just who they are! Great people with great food and a great business. Don’t hesitate to give them a try!

I’ve traveled to Mexico many times, and these are some of the best tacos, huaraches that I’ve had in a very long time. The price is fair and the workers are the owners. So they take care of you because they won’t repeat business. I highly recommend this place.

Had Gary’s Grill at a Trivia Night at Ramble and Co. and was so happy they were there! My friend and I were gonna split a quesabarilla taco and they gave us an extra one for free! The tacos were delicious and I will definitely be eating there again :)
