There is no one in Waco who has legitimate Huaraches except Gary’s Grill. Don’t let the American sounding name fool you. I’ve traveled to Mexico many times, and these are some of the best tacos, huaraches that I’ve had in a very long time. The price is fair and the workers are the owners. So they take care of you because they won’t repeat business. I highly recommend this place.

Vegetarian options: They do offer their tacos with no meat. Very tasty.

Had Gary’s Grill at a Trivia Night at Ramble and Co. and was so happy they were there! My friend and I were gonna split a quesabarilla taco and they gave us an extra one for free! The tacos were delicious and I will definitely be eating there again :)
