Ok, first things first. This place is a little hole in the wall. If you judge by the outside looks, you'll miss out on some really good food. Secondly, if you don't speak fluid Spanish, there's a small language barrier. They understand English but seem to get mixed up with certain parts of ordering sometimes. Best menudo in Waco hands down. The broth is so flavorful and they give plenty of meat and hominy. Added bonus they serve it daily! The staff is always kind and the atmosphere is definitely mom & pop, family friendly. Highly recommend.
