I took my daughters there for lunch today and we had a great experience. The servers were attentive and friendly, everything tasted wonderful, we didn’t feel like we were rushed or like we were bothering anyone by asking for a million things. The young man who greeted us at the door and the server we had were exceptionally courteous and made sure we had fresh grills, drinks stayed full and checked on us frequently. This is definitely our spot when I’m in town wanting somewhere fun and tasty for a group. The price was great as well, $32 plus tax for unlimited appetizers and a wide selection of meats is very reasonable in my opinion.

First time we went was a great experience but they had just recently opened. This second time was just not cutting it. Slow to serve the meats, and anything else we asked for. 2.5 hours just to eat and dine. My kids and I were over it. We paid good many but felt like all we ate was rice.

Can not recommend this place more! Quick fast service, the meats are always fresh and the drinks always hit! Casual place that makes an awesome date, day or night.

Overpriced for what you get and you have to cook it yourself.

Great food and service but that overcharge fee for a little bit of untouched meat was really ridiculous.

This was amazing!! The food was delicious and even a couple days later I’m still thinking about it lol. The service and staff were great, they were so welcoming and helpful. The experience and atmosphere was absolutely amazing. It was more expensive than I anticipated but the food was worth it! The Wagyu beef dipped in the red sauce with a tiny bit of seasoning paired with kimchi and rice was to die for!!!

it’s neat to check out but be prepared to spend a whole nineteen there if you want to get moneys worth. it’s a lot of work for the prices. my tip is take a buddy n share that way as u wait for next item y’all can share so not to sit n wait hungry for next item. it’s all u can eat but u can only order one item at a time which makes it a long process. cuz once it comes u then have to cook it. it’s a neat experience but doubt we will return.

They changed the premium menu so if you’ve been here before and were looking forward to the premium selection. They switched the ribeye premium option. We were so excited to come back and we are so disappointed that the ribeye was taken away. I think they were losing money and switched the ribeye with a cheaper option.
:/ :(
They don't allow you to take anything to go. They would rather throw away the food than let you take it home. They also charge a food waste fee of at least $5 per person if you have food left over. So not only do you pay $32 per person, you can't take anything to go AND they charge you if you have leftover food. What a scam

Do not waste your $$. Service was horrible. Waiter inattentive, did not place our order correctly. Had to ask repeatedly even though no one was in restaurant

Had to wait and ask several times for our meat. Meat wasn’t that good, nowhere near as good as K-Pot. Unfortunately we will not be returning.

The idea was intriguing but that's about it. We waited for a long time for someone to come take our drink orders and then had to wait for a long time again to pay to leave. There is not enough room on the tables to keep your raw food away from the other food. Also, the cook top is too close and there are no good knives for things bigger than bite size. It stressed me out more than anything and the food wasn't anything to write home about. The best thing was the little dessert things with brown sugar and peanuts topped with powdered sugar. Will not be going back if I can help it.

The servers and hostess were very helpful and walked us through the process here for dining. The food was so delicious. We will definitely be eating here again.
