Horrible experience. Only go here if you want to get drunk, not for the food. Servers are rude young and butts hang out of shorta . Not for kids to see nasty. Food slopy expensive. Complaints of food is put back on customer as if its our fault the col we alaw is dry, the potatoes are cold and 2 tablespoon full serving. Lemon slice for qater so small we thought it was a cube cut. Server touched my plate and hung her hair over my plate tqice. And made fun an pointed at me to several other aervers loudly saying SHE HATES O UR COLESLAW. Dont eat here unless you get drunk first, or just dont care what slop you eat.

This. Was. Awesome. We needed a good down home meal before traveling to Temple to stay overnight for a scheduled procedure. Leftovers were delicious! Gotta have the okra!

The strawberry chicken salad this time for lunch was amazing. Enjoyed watching the college games midday for a late lunch.

Good quality comfort food. Service is great. We had to wait for about 10mn for a table, seems to be very popular. The inside itself is no thrills, depending on where you sit, but food and service make it well worth it. Good stop to have a bite while traveling through the area.

We came really late at night and was surprised to see it still fairly packed. The food was well cooked and the tea was perfect. I appreciate the attentive service. My tea glass was never empty. The place is clean and well stocked.

All thier food was excellent. I wished I would have taken a picture of my food. They have the best onion rings ever. Vanessa was an excellent waitress. She got all our right. And there was 34 of us. We were served fast. Great place to eat.

Service was beyond what expected. Food was great. Had tilapia rice, garlic, mashed potatoes and butter, sweet corn. What direction? My friend had chicken fried chicken, green beans and mashed potatoes. It was also great. We also ordered out two meals to take home for spouse and at home. The dinner rolls were fabulous.
I've been going to Waco quite a few times in my 30 years in Cameron, Texas and I have never seen this place until my friend suggested we meet there. And I absolutely love this place. There is parking across the street. If you get there after twelve. So I'll be going there every time I go to waco now too bad now that i'm further away.

Met my brother and sister-in-law half way between our cities. Food was homecooking with lots of variety. Liked that they allowed us to sit and visit without trying to rush us out. Friendly staff.
