The catfish was so tough I couldn't even eat it and we ordered two of those and the chicken fried steak was so tough my wife couldn't even eat it and we had two of those the reason I bought two of each was for we'd have supper and then lunch for Father's day but that got messed up and when I called and complained on Monday they said because I did not call on Saturday there was nothing they could do I spend over $60 dollars there's that's pretty messed up I will not be back to eat there for sure.

Management needs to train the ladies in the cook area how to have better customer service. Handling your cellphone while someone is placing an order is very unsanitary and also it felt as if placing your order was interrupting their conversation. Huge chrome bowl with tater sauce inside left uncovered on the counter while additional tarter sauce containers left half empty and half full. The tater sauce spoon was resting on a napkin as it appeared that no one was in a hurry to remove the huge bowl of uncovered tater sauce nor spoon. My family will not be returning and Griffs will not recommend.

I called in my order. The employee who took my order was very rude. I received my order and my cheeseburger was raw(very pink). I called back and the employee who answered the phone was rude also

We went there this Friday evening and horrible horrible experience. The workers were extremely rude and was hollering at me in the restaurant. The only thing I ask for was a to go box.

The ladies serving food were rude for no reason. I ordered fried pork chops and didn’t exactly eat them they were not bad but I went to ask for a to go box and got the worst attitude in return from 2 lady’s just loud mouth and embarrassing since it was so packed. Ruined the appetite of the friends I was with. Lastly the old lady at the register was eating her fries (bowl on top of my plate) over my food!! How disgusting is that. Ewwww I’m so disappointed.
