I miss this place so much. They'd just opened. Top quality fast food on the Northside of town. It sits in the center of a food plaza with 2 national chains on either side. (I digress) The team at HAGAN'S Handcrafted Burgers was great, personal professional. They always took time to connect and welcome customers. Made the effort to recognize repeat customers and locals. Food was excellent. Burgers fresh and tasty. The buns, the sauces everything yummy. My absolute favorite was the fried veggies. The best fried zucchini and okra in Waco, hands down. Then came covid-19... head down, smh, long, sad sigh... Somebody get them qualified for a loan, PLEASE! It's sickening that so many of the usual suspects, which lack in food quality have remained in business. While gems like HAGAN'S are pushed out. Their lack of support speaks volumes.

This restaurant is awesome the food is great atmosphere is peaceful and clean, all the staff is courteous, respectful, friendly and great customer service. The manager Daryl has set a standard of excellence for all the employees to follow, he leads by example and greets everyone when they enter in the door and he gives them the spill lol of this awesome place to eat. And the fruit punch taste like KOOL- AID OHHHH YEAAA I will be back and recommend this restaurant because the food is great along with the service. God is in this place, thank you Daryl for setting a standard of excellence.

The meat patty was not flavorful. While eating the burger all you could taste was ground meat, no seasoning. The fries tasted like golden chick ?♀️. The soda (dr.doctor) was horrible. Not impressed will NOT be returning. The fries and soda was NOT worth an additional $3.

Sorry, Im not willing to pay $20 for 2 Cheeseburgers and Fries from here again. It just comes with unseasoned meat, cheese, and toasted buns. Had to add salt and pepper on the patty. They give you packs of mayonnaise and mustard to put on and all the fixings are around the corner for you to add yourself. Fries had no seasoning either. Trust me you can make them better for the same cost at home. Building including restrooms was very clean. It could use some color or better decor. Atmosphere is about as plain as the burgers.
