Was given shrimp and broccoli instead of beef and broccoli. I called back immediately when I got home. Was told by manager they would replace. Advised I live a long way could not come back right away. Fast forward I placed my regular order chicken wings and shrimp fried rice and asked for my replacement beef and broccoli. Manager said I should have come back in 24 hours and the note left said will get orders right next time. The first Manager never gave a time limit. No I don't think so. A person can't make me eat when they want me to eat. They refused to replace my order. So I will not be back ever. Must be desperate for money. Not worth loosing a faithful customer.

We had lunch yesterday and according to our Receipt, we ordered at 1:11 PM, table 5 check number 36. The servers were not very attentive as they usually are. Perhaps the owners were absent. We also ordered a lunch to go and they left out my grandson’s egg roll. We drove a long way for this food but should have checked to see if our order was correct. It was a slow period as it was after lunch. Too much talking with each other instead of concentrating on our go order. U owe us an egg roll!! if we weren’t an hour and a half away, we would come and get it but next time we want you to give us what we paid for! We’ve been there many times, and it’s always been great but the service yesterday was lackadaisical at best. One in particular, the waitress with the lighter colored hair, didn’t seem to care at all. She was slow, moving and no personality. Had to flag her down 3 times. The other waitress with the dark hair was much nicer but she is the one who brought out our go order with our missing egg roll. Not sure if it was her mistake or someone in the back. Either way she received a $9.77 cash tip and should’ve make sure it was right!

My experience at 'Happy Wok' was anything but happy. Despite the sign in the window saying 'Dine-In,' there are no tables, and you can't even place an order inside. You're required to order by phone before coming in, but this isn’t made clear at all.
To make matters worse, the staff behind the counter just stared at me like I was dumb instead of offering any assistance. Very disappointing
Poor service, nasty attitude, disrespectful, messed up my order and got mad. Chicken was spoiled, no rice with egg foo young and it was burnt? wouldn't recommend this place to any one.
