I used an app called Too Good To Go to get a surprise bag here. The reserve time was between 8-9pm. I drove 40 minutes out to get the bag and when I arrived at 8:05 there was no one here. Very disappointed. I understand they close at 8pm but you need to adjust your hours on the app!
