My first time ever at Heitmillers Steakhouse and I loved everything about it. Great atmosphere, very appropriate for a steakhouse. We started with the appetizer sampler. Unfortunately they would do substitutions so we thought we weren't going to get to try the fried mushrooms but a surprise fried mushroom was in with the fried pickles lol. Everything on the sampler was delicious but it was alot for just 2 people. Hubs and I both got steaks, him a Ribeye and me a sirloin. They were delicious!! Perfect cook on both of them! I missed...

Impressive! Cinnamon butter and rolls were delicious, soft, hot and fresh. They definitely have this nailed. The salmon was crispy and flaky, could've been a touch juicier (recall that the salsa is normally on top and probably helps with this). Sides were delicious.
