Hands down best ice cream. Parking can be difficult but it's worth it for their ice cream. They have a lot of Mexican snacks and candy as well. Awesome place

I went with my family, I let the young lady working the counter know that the fruit was no good. She didn’t even apologize and was just like I cut the fruit today. She just looked at me and asked if I wanted anything else. I asked for a milk shake, and she gave it to me. Once her coworker arrived she I could obviously tell she was talking to her about me, my dad had a biónico and once he got to the cantaloupe he was like this doesn’t taste good it tastes rotten. My dad isn’t one to complain but he was not happy. He told the girl the girl the cantaloupe was no good. Once again all she said was I cut the fruit today. She never once apologized or asked if we wanted our money back. My dad threw his biónico away because he was disgusted by it. We went almost 32 dollars. The other locations are good but I’m deeply disappointed by the customer service at this location.

I had the magonada loca and also bought their specially made peach rings with chamoy & tajin. I love mangonadas and decided to try the mangonada loca, however was not a fan. It was not blended well, you practically have to eat it with a spoon, and there was barely any chamoy either. I did love the peach rings though and wish I bought more than 1 container!

If I can give it no stars I would. Walked in and the girls working just give us all the death stare, no one greets you no one smiles, they look miserable. Then when I got the crazy watermelon drink she dipped in chamoy leaving it dripping all on the side doesn’t bother wiping it off so when I go to grab it had chamoy all over my hands, there was no candy as shown in picture. Then when cashing out she’s tapping her nails as if she’s in a rush nobody wasn’t even in line. And honestly the worst place I’ve ever been. Stop hiring ppl with poor customer service.

Extremely poor experience. Walked in and given a very cold greeting. Went to look at what flavors they had and was asked rudely " what do you want...". Took my daughter to the bathroom and one of the employees told another employee to come out and help because " there were too many white people". Seriously? If this was in the summer and my skin would have been significantly darker, they would have been speaking Spanish to me and my experience would have been completely different. I know because it has happened to me my entire life due to me being mixed. I don't believe in treating someone poorly solely based on skin color.
The truth is that the day I rode the bike it was very dirty, they are very disorganized and the employees who serve do not wear gloves, their nails are very long and so they put their hands in the fresh water and in the food.

Hours are either outdated, or they decided to close the door to customers early. However, I'm pretty sure that the hours are outdated since on Google it does say the correct time. However, whenever I do visit later during the day the workers seem very unwelcoming and bothered. Giving them benefit of the doubt, its late and I get you're tired. Otherwise the ice-cream and drinks are wonderful.
