No greeting by the staff. Skipped over while I was in line. Left without trying.
If they have 3. Something stars it’s for a reason, the people who work there always have an awful attitude if they hate their job they should look for a better one, worst customer service, not coming back.
Came here to enjoy some paletas with the family and it was amazing excited to come back soon!
Very dirty inside and out! My husband has a plastic in his fresas con crema.
On 10/16/2025 around 6:45PM, we went to La Azteca for aguas frescas. We are regulars here and have even ordered paletas for special events in large catering quantities.
To our dismay, one of the employees this evening refused to serve us and skipped us to serve customers who arrived after us. This same employee has been rude to us when we came two weeks ago.
She has a scowl on her face, does not serve you, and skips you based on what appears to be her racial bias. We attempted to tell the other employee and were not able to speak to a manager. I don't think that I will be returning given this blatant discrimination and mistreatment.
I love the banana split with Tequila, coconut and whatever other white ice cream. With whipped cream and coconut sprinkles. Looks like a whiteout

The customer service is amazing and everything taste really good. Portions are reasonably sized. The employees are quick to respond and fast on your order while still making the food amazing.
Jolie needs a raise. She's excellent. Spectacular.
