We were on our way from San Antonio to Fort Worth and in the mood for BBQ for lunch. Looked up on Google Maps a place for good BBQ on our route. We originally thought we’d stop at Buc-ee’s for a quick sandwich, so glad we decided to try somewhere else.We ordered the two meat plates each. Both of us got the ribs and one got the brisket and the other got the sausage. Side orders were the beans, potato salad and cooked cabbage. All three sides were over the top delicious.The meat was smoked excellent. Love when the meat falls off the bone. The BBQ sauce was phenomenal.Nabota “Bot” Hilliard & Drea we’re the most pleasant folks and helped us with our decisions to satisfy our taste.Highly recommend Hillard BBQ. It was the best choice we could’ve made.
