DO NOT EVER ATTEMPT TO GO TO THIS HOTEL. I went there for 4 days originally but as of the second day that I am writing this review I am leaving. First the front desk lady Stephanie is rude, unprofessional and does not care about your complaints and will do absolutely nothing to solve it. When I first checked in my bed had what appears to be a bed bug. Then the next day in the morning there was not hot water. I had to run to my job and in the afternoon I addressed all the issues with Stephanie . And she said in a respective way that she does not have more rooms available . Despite the fact that I went online and I saw availability. I am paying for the king suite is the most expensive room that they have and she just does not care. She told me that she could not reset the hot water and that I needed to show her a picture of the bug. Also she told me if I was going to take a shower to let her know ….. I mean really seriously!!! I paid for privacy and things to be clean and working. I love the location and the staff are amazing but if I cannot sleep in a hotel, all that goes out the window and let me just say how horrendous the mattresses were in my room! Yes. Plural. I tried both of the queens and they were both bad. You barely bump into the thing and it squeaked. When you sit or lay down, it sounds like something manufactured in the 70s!! I travel for work often and I loyally stay in IHG hotels all the time, but this is by far the worst nights sleep I’ve ever had. However, this is the 2nd time I’ve stayed at this location and both nights were hard to sleep, but this one took the cake. With all the business you get and the popularity of your location, there is no reason you cannot afford to have reasonable mattresses.Rooms: Horrible mattresses.Nearby activities: Tons of food. H‑E‑B nearby. Convenient location.

I called in a reservation and showed up at 10:15pm and was met with a hostile rude unprofessional man child. (John). He asked for my ID and my credit card I gave it to him, I asked why he needed my credit card because I've stayed here before I never had to show my credit card just pay. John got upset acted like a child, was trying to argue I told him just give me my room because I wasn't trying to hear him. John got to the point where he was upset he canceled my reservation then not only did he do that he called the cops. Cops were even confused when they talked to me,I will never stay here again even though my past experience here was great!!Rooms: Rooms are clean.

Great for large meetings.Rooms: Nice, clean rooms. Hospitality was great. Good breakfast and everything was very accessible. The location was great for going for a bite yo eat or shopping. Easy to get to.
Lack of communication between staff and one guest services member needs proper training in dealing with certain situations.

I felt very unsafe here. A male staff member tried to get into my room late at night. He falsely identified himself as the manager.He was beligerent. I had to call the police and have them handle this person. That was the most scared I have ever been in my entire life. I would never recommend that anyone stay here ESPECIALLY women. I feel that you are in danger here. Corporate never resolved anything or made things right for me.

Nice location and nice hotel. Paid $270 for a Saturday night stay. Side doors were not working with the room key. All said, price was a rape job. Gouge city.
