I get Hteo everyday in DFW. This store is subpar on the coffeee and staff. The coffee either tastes like milk or water. Considering just giving up my daily Hteo stop.

Girl at the window was not friendly at ask and didn’t ask for my phone number or my app I almost forgot and when I remembered I asked for a receipt and she acted like it was an inconvenience.. worst customer service ever

I love my HTeaO so much we bought refillable Yeti tumblers and have enjoyed the 1/2 price refills all over Texas. Unfortunately this location does not honor thus policy. I'm disappointed in HTeaO corporate that this is not a standard practice . The manager could have given us a discount but only offered 15 cents off. Poor customer service. I will visit the other Waco location when traveling through again

Even though it can be kinda expensive, HTeaO has the best assortment of quality teas, snacks, coffee, and service. Most know my order (Gal of 1/2 Unsweet Mint & 1/2 Unsweet Raspberry), before I even get to pay. Georgia Peach is Awesome, and the Coconut Tea is Super Intriguing. Find YOUR own flavor at HTeaO! 👍

Horrible. Me and my hubby went to get a tea to go with out pizza on this nice sunny day in Waco. My hubby got watermelon pink lemonade taste like cold water. I asked for sweet tea ooo it was tea for sure with a splash of sugar. I will never return. To this location. The company is based out of Midland Texas. WESTTEXAS and the times I have visited the location excellent. Yall at this location needs to put on notice. I'm a very unsatisfied customer.

Daughter got the Ryan Palmer with Georgia Peach Tea and said it was incredible, my wire got the Watermelon Ginger Peach Decaf Tea, and loved it. I'm not a fan of tea, but I know they will go there many times after such a great experience.
