I love my HTeaO so much we bought refillable Yeti tumblers and have enjoyed the 1/2 price refills all over Texas. Unfortunately this location does not honor thus policy. I'm disappointed in HTeaO corporate that this is not a standard practice . The manager could have given us a discount but only offered 15 cents off. Poor customer service. I will visit the other Waco location when traveling through again

Even though it can be kinda expensive, HTeaO has the best assortment of quality teas, snacks, coffee, and service. Most know my order (Gal of 1/2 Unsweet Mint & 1/2 Unsweet Raspberry), before I even get to pay. Georgia Peach is Awesome, and the Coconut Tea is Super Intriguing. Find YOUR own flavor at HTeaO! 👍

Horrible. Me and my hubby went to get a tea to go with out pizza on this nice sunny day in Waco. My hubby got watermelon pink lemonade taste like cold water. I asked for sweet tea ooo it was tea for sure with a splash of sugar. I will never return. To this location. The company is based out of Midland Texas. WESTTEXAS and the times I have visited the location excellent. Yall at this location needs to put on notice. I'm a very unsatisfied customer.

Daughter got the Ryan Palmer with Georgia Peach Tea and said it was incredible, my wire got the Watermelon Ginger Peach Decaf Tea, and loved it. I'm not a fan of tea, but I know they will go there many times after such a great experience.

Honestly great place. Never had bad service and the tea and coffee are great! I didn’t think they’d have oatmilk and dairy alts but they do! the only thing is I don’t think I got my Georgia peach tea that I ordered it tasted like the berry blast which is fine and the color of my tea was a lot darker than what the Peach tea looks like. I mean it’s a good flavor and it was super early in the morning.
I was expecting something different. This is cross between a childrens lemonade stand and the QT tea self-service area, and I mean that in the best way! The biggest surprise is you can sample them and there wasn't a terrible one in the bunch. Personally, I wish there were more zero sugar options, but I was glad there was just one! While there, we learned about happy hour from 2-4 pm daily where drinks are buy one get one free. This got me back there two days in a row. If I posted a pic it would just be of an empty cup, because it's so good!!
