If you're ever in Waco, TX, make sure you swing by Huaco Eatery at Union Hall. This hidden gem serves up some of the BEST authentic Mexican food I’ve ever had! I’m not exaggerating when I say it’s the BEST I’ve ever had! From the first bite to the last, everything was absolutely delicious. The presentation was beautiful!!! The owner, who does it all – cooking, serving, and cashing out – brings a personal touch that makes your dining experience unforgettable....
AMAZING!!!!……and beyond! Second visit as great or better than the first! Not only is the Pozole Verde & Tortas delicious the pride taken in his preparation is indescribable.
The guy working here puts so much love and effort into his food. It’s apparent when you order. It looks and tastes absolutely delicious. The rice and beans were good. My husband and I stop in Waco on our way wand will definitely be back! My husband got Whizbang’s and really enjoyed his double burger.
