This place is amazing!! Only avoid if you hate delicious food made by a passionate owner. This place has been open less than a year but I’m blown away by the high quality and creativity of the Oaxacan-American cuisine. Try the birria quesadilla with a mango margarita and don’t forget the churros! We’ll be sure to be back. Even though it’s high class, I felt totally comfortable in my yoga pants bringing by two kids under 3.
This place was absolutely amazing! They took such great care of us throughout the evening. The tortas were wonderfully flavored and warm when they came out!
This family restaurant is a must, don’t skip out on it!

Nice vibes, aesthetically pleasing, and good latin music ?. Great customer service. It was a bit warm indoors for me. Complimentary chips and salsa ? for the table.? Hubby had the beef and chicken enchiladas with rice and beans. I had the mole enchiladas with rice and beans. The chicken was dry and the rice was salty and mushy. The complimentary dessert was a combination of mascarpone , bread pudding, and flan with a side of whipped cream drizzled with chocolate and caramel. It was smooth and delicious ? Everything is prepared in house. Chef Sebas was kind, hospitable, and open to critism. He talked with us and mentioned how the road closure has hurt business. He's been in this field for years assisting with opening of several other restaurants. We would go back to try other menu items, if in the area again. I recommend you give them a try. ?

Absolutely a wonderful experience. The food was not only beautiful, but it was also delicious. Everyone enjoyed their meals, and the churros for dessert were amazing. We got plenty of attention from the chef/ owner, and you can tell he puts his whole heart into his business.

If you love Mexican food but hate the grease, this is your place! The food is AMAZING, and the owner is so sweet and attentive. This is definitely my new favorite spot in Waco! The margaritas are amazing too!
We waited for almost 15 minutes before the bartender even looked at us (she wasn't even busy) The food... nah.?? I wouldn't recommend it, there are better places around Waco. And also, they make their employees work extra hard and they fire them without pay after several weeks of work... I have witnesses. He takes advantage of their situation.

We were planning to just get a drink and then we met the owner Sebastian who was also the bartender. Great drinks and great food with fresh ingredients. He surprised us with churros at the end. Definitely going to keep coming back here every time we are in Waco.
