Food gave me pretty immediate intestinal distress. The chef was insane good! The atmosphere was clean and fun. But the food.... i would prefer for it to not destroy my body.

We always look forward to our visits here, even though we only manage to come every now and then. The excitement in our kids' eyes is truly priceless, and it's wonderful to see them having so much fun. This place has become a special outing for our family, filled with laughter and joy. Without a doubt, our favorite reason for coming here is the hibachi. The delicious flavors and the entertaining chefs preparing the food right in front of us make for an unforgettable experience every time.
Kid-friendliness: The chefs and staff are super sweet and friendly with the kids! They provide booster seats and high chairs, making things easier for moms. Our little ones happily share a kids' plate because it's so generous in size!

This place offers Hibachi and regular dining. The Hibachi wait was 30 mins when we arrived (Friday night), so we opted for regular dining.
Everything about this place feels clean. The decor, the tables, the bar area, and we didn't catch any dirty dish rag smells. The food was good (not outstanding).
We ordered "miso soup" and got a very odd "spicy seafood miso" soup. Everyone at the table tried it and passed on it. A regular miso soup with some green onion would have hit the spot.
My biggest issue were the loose lips on the servers as they walked around the restaurant. "F this, F that, does anyone have a F'n dollar I can borrow?" It was frequent enough for my 9 year old and 11 year old to mention how much they curse. It cheapened the dining experience and put me on edge when I saw them walking around us.
Overall, we would eat here again, maybe Hibachi next time.

The service and the place were really good. But the food was disappointing to say the least. The salmon sushi was so thinly sliced, you could barely taste it with the rice and the hibachi was drowned in soy sauce. We don't mind paying high end prices for upscale restaurants but the food was not good at all.

I have been frequenting Ichiban since they opened the new location. Their Fuji location was my favorite for 20 + years before that. The food is Excellent! Over the last few months, I have had the great pleasure of being served by Hayley 3 or 4 times. She is the best waiteress I have ever had at this restaurant! Friendly, thoughtful and always on top of everything. I would ask for her section if I were you.

Beautiful establishment, kind server, tasty drinks, and delicious food. We came in right after they reopened at 4:30 and our server Sean was attentive and fast with our food and drinks. Would definitely recommend.

No soap in the men's restroom? How do the employees wash their hands? Gross. We'll do lunch elsewhere. Someone from the health department might check on this..
My waitress was quick and somewhat attentive. The restaurant was not busy at all when I was there. This allowed the service to have way touch free time and it was a little like trying to eat at a College frat house or something. I'm sure it's totally different on the weekends when they're busy though.
The food was good and it came out incredibly fast. I would give it another try just because the food came out so fast and was really good.
