Just left the IHOP in Waco. Stood there waiting to be seated. Nobody came to seat us. Four staff were huddled by the food pick up window, and a young lady who was cleaning tables wandered by and asked if we were waiting. We told her that we had been waiting for a while to be seated. I thought that she would summon the hostess or someone. But, she just proceeded to clean the tables. We waited a couple more minutes, and then left. Most of the tables and booths were empty. I wonder why. Unacceptable service. If I could give a negative rating, I would.

Parking lot is very dark. Honestly makes it look closed. The moment you open the front door your sense of smell is assaulted with the stench of human urine. Food is what you expect from an IHOP, service could be better but wasn't terrible but the building seems to need some TLC and that smell is extremely off putting.

We found the omelette and pancakes to be completely satisfying for two people. I enjoyed the mango tea thoroughly, but you should be prepared to drink much in order to warrant the price that they charge for beverages. My wife paid bar room price for one glass of lemonade. The gal was attentive and refilled my glass many times. Their menu is extensive and offers many premium dishes.
It looks like it's falling apart from the outside. We were going for dinner and just drove by instead .

I am very judgy fir pancake house like restaurants. The majority of them, everything you touch, is sticky. This store was immaculate. There were 6 adults in our group. The staff is fast friendly and professional.

I do not recommend this IHOP location at all. I will not be coming back again. The restaurant was a bit dirty, had flies/gnats, and the lobby smelled, almost like urine. My mom had the fajita omelet with hashbrowns, and I had the chicken and waffles. We also had one coffee each. My coffee was made by our waitress. The vanilla cold brew coffee I had was EXTREMELY SWEET. I didn't want to tell my waitress as she was saying she made it special, so I didn't want to hurt her feelings or make her mad. My first round of waffles were not warm enough to melt the butter I put on them and as I was cutting into my waffle, I saw a hair. I had the waffle remade but it didn't taste very good. It was a bit rough to bite into. The chicken was okay, but nothing special. The ranch I had with it tasted off. The ticket came out to be $53, and that's not including the tip.
I left this IHOP feeling like I just wasted my money. I left half my waffle and some of my chicken strips. That's how unsatisfied I was with the food/experience. I'm used to spending $50+ in nicer quality restaurants with better quality food. So leaving IHOP, having spent what I did, I was completely disappointed! Don't come to this IHOP location. You will be robbed of your money.

I have had several good visits at this IHOP right along I35 at New Road exit in Waco, TX. Efficient, friendly service and a consistent, extensive menu with breakfast served any time. Recommendations: Pesto Veggie Eggs Benedict, Big Steak Omelette, Lemon Ricotta Blueberry Crepes, pancakes, coffee.

Picked up order, came home and saw we were missing items. Called and asked for a reimbursement for it but the lady I’m talking to says “it should’ve been in the bag” CLEARLY IT WASN’T. And that we had to come back to pick it up because they can’t reimburse the item. Showed up to pick up the missing item and they still fall short on The order, so we had to wait longer for them to make it. HORRIBLE SERVICE all around.
