The store was clean and spartan. But, the staff here was awful. We came at 8:45 in the evening on a friday night. A plump, dark skinned girl with glasses was our server. She treated us like we were SUCH an inconvenience to her. The second girl tried to be helpful, but her shift ended at 9pm...we heard all about it several times. The cookies and brownies were...meh. Its a cool idea, cookies/icecream store that is open late...but...the staff...
Honestly it was meh for the price 12 dollars for 1 deluxe cookie with 2 scoops then one cookie on the side. The cookie were hard and not very fresh and the ice cream tasted freezer burnt

I love their vegan cookies! My favorite is the vegan birthday cake. They also have little bottles of Oatly milk in the refrigerators if you want vegan milk with your cookies.

Be aware that once Insomnia finishes expanding their locations they are going to bury and destroy Crumble cookies. There is just no comparison.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!! Ordered cookies through DoorDash and NEVER received them. Called the store they refused to refund or make it right!!! Scammers !!! DONT BUY FROM THEM
Unfortunately, my first order, through Ubereats, was either stolen or dropped at the wrong address. But, after reordering and confirming with the store, the kind lady that was working there made sure that the driver delivered to the right address. She was so kind! The chocolate chunk cookies were yummy and the peach cobbler cookies sent me to heaven!!! Thank you!

First time trying Insomnia cookie. Came in with some family and let me just say we were greeted by this wonderful lady named Shayla! She was so great and even was outstanding with my son the entire time we were in there. Definitely gonna be coming back as long as shes here!
