This people drive thru always rude and ugly attitude for no reason. They get my order wrong every time and instead of me getting mad they get bothered because i correct them properly on what I ask for the way they talk to customers with no type of respect i don’t have no good customer services
Today, we bought $18 worth of food. My husband drove off not realizing he was not given his debit card back. We thought he lost it elsewhere. We checked our bank account and VOILA! Someone who was obviously very very hungry in that drive through window(slim black lady who took the card and did not return it) spent $58 dollars on food for herself and God knows who else AT JACK IN THE BOX! How dumb is that? We froze the account. Thank God she didn’t spend any more of our money....read full review
I just went through the drive through and ordered a grilled chicken sourdough club. What I got was a spicy fried chicken sandwich. While normally I love spicy foods, I am 7 months pregnant and spicy and fried gives me hellacious heart burn so I cannot eat what they gave me. I dont have time to go all the way back and wait for the right order and get back to work on time from my lunch so I am stuck at work with no lunch, and hungry.
