Was in drive through with 2 other cars and they told me they were doinv door dash only . So i can order from parking lot but not drive through give us a break we work nights and only a couple place to choose from.

Saw billboard 2 for $5 croissants all day. Went to get 2 and paid $10. When I asked I was told that's only on the website.
Nowhere does that sign (New Road / Valley Mills) mention that.

Very long waits, very disorganized and the employees seem lost, and unable to order in the dining room because they don’t have access to tills? This may be the worst run restaurant in Waco, and that’s not an exaggeration. Avoid this place, there’s much better run restaurants very close by.

If I could give service a zero I would we ordered tacos and a sprite and they made us pull to the front and wait more than 10 min and when he brought us our stuff we asked for the sprite and he said he gave us fries but before we could answer we didn’t order fries he stated rudely that he didn’t charge us for a sprite he charged us for fries and that we would have to pay for the sprite which makes no sense due to the fact we didn’t order fries horrible service will be writing corporate and show receipt and names or the employee

I'm visiting from out of town and I came to Jack in the box. It was very busy and most of the staff was talking and playing around, as I waited for someone to take my order. But Ms. Marsha was the only worker that was on top of her game. She apologize for the wait, took my order and was very well mattered and showed alot of professionalism. She made sure my order was fresh and correct. Compared to the other staff members you can tell she actually care about her job and customers. If I was to ever come back her service would be the reason why.

This Jack in the Box location has really gone downhill. The staff is unprofessional and not friendly, and the machines are always down whether it’s the coffee machine or the soda fountain. They’re constantly out of soda, which is frustrating. Definitely needs better management and more consistency.

This is the worst Jack in the box I've ever been to besides getting my order wrong twice. They took orders from six cars in the Drive-Thru and told everyone to pull around to the front in the parking lot and they would bring it out the girl brought at 9 orders at one time that's probably why my food was cold and the bag was soaked in Grease. The entire staff on that shift Needs to be replaced. Sorry Jack in the box Waco you lost my business and I don't recommend it for anyone else
