Our local Jamba Juice is always a great experience. The staff is consistently friendly, the store is kept fairly clean, and I’m always helped as soon as I walk in. My smoothie is made super fast every time, which I really appreciate. My go-to order is the Peanut Butter Moo’d, but their bowls are just as good. Always reliable and welcoming!

Need more training , young man tried hard but could not figure out register , I confused him with cash, he couldn’t help someone wanting a gift card and he gave me dairy in what was supposed to be a non diary drink, even after I confirmed no diary. He was nice enough but clearly not trained.

I ordered a pb & banana. It was like a glass of soy milk with ice chips and spoon full of pb. No banana at all. Super thin and runny. Waste of money. Won't be back. Waste of 10$

Pulled up at 7:52pm to a female locking the door and then quickly went behind the wall so she couldn't be seen while we attempted to open door to verify. Super disappointed since we went out of our way to come here and even tried to call and place an order in advance but the phones weren't answered.

My first time in this store I ordered this product that is in the photo they gave me a green banana a green banana is a raw banana that cannot be eaten the green banana is cooked in lard and A ripe, yellow banana can be eaten. A tall young man with a big fur on his head gave me a green banana instead of a yellow one.And I feel that those who work in a restaurant where they serve food should wear head protection because the hair falls into the food.I'm putting up a photo so you can tell the difference between a ripe yellow banana that they should give the customer and a green banana that they shouldn't give him because it's eaten fried in Manteca.😡

Every time i’ve been to this Jamba, it is packed with people and that is not the problem. The problem is the lack of employees to maintain all the orders efficiently. Managers should do better to not work their employees to the bone for pennies and nickels.
I'm pregnant and always in need of a different craving. Yes, my smoothie was $10 but it was fully customizable and delicious! Can't complain.

Such friendly staff!!!! Elijah? Elliot? A name with an E was very nice and accommodating. The smoothies were AHH-MAZING!!! Very reasonable prices! First time at a Jamba Juice, and I am super impressed! Great job, yall! I had the peanut butter banana whey protein shake with immune boost and my better half had orange dream it was yummy. It is significantly cheaper than Smoothie King. Highly recommend!

As a previous employee , I worked here at 16 years old when Jamba Juice first came to Waco, TX I’m now 32 years old … and I couldn’t help but to write a review on how I was treated back then by all of my coworkers and supervisors . I was the only black girl that worked there at the time .. I do feel like I was treated unfairly because of my race and age . Everyone else was adults . I just remember how I would come to work and he talked about by the entire staff to where I caught the supervisor Matt talking about me with another employee , they started laughing at me and said I don’t care . Everyday was hell working here! I resulted in getting wrongfully terminated because my register was “short “ Pennie’s … a lie ! lol what’s funny about that is I’m never short when it comes to counting money even at the age of 32 I never mess up … anywho my experience here as a teenager left me completely traumatized to where I vowed to never work for someone else again.
