My husband and I went to eat lunch today. Could not understand some of the prices for add ons..when I asked the manager Tom he explained it to me in a better way. Tom was very attentive and kind. I definitely will go back to jasons deli

When you come in to order and you’re not familiar with the menu you can feel rushed to pick something and get out of the way for the next customer. The food as always was delicious. The restaurant was very full and I had to yell to be heard.

Went into Jason’s Deli to explore a new lunch spot…and the boys over there did not disappoint! It will be a new lunch regular spot for me! I enjoyed chatting it up with Tom and Mike some of the best customer service I have experienced!

I was with my husband and his parents. The food and staff were good. However, there were tables throughout that had not been cleaned. The restaurant was not busy enough that cleaning tables couldn't get done on a timely basis.

We are on a field trip as I write this message and driving back home and we are suppose to have dinner from Jason’s deli and they did not provide our food as scheduled to all the hungry kids who pre-paid . . Some one dropped the ball and Jason’s deli did not deliver ,we had scheduled this 2 months in advance. Jason's deli rerouted our order to our destination which was 1 1/2 hrs away for so many Hungry kids. We had to get back to our school which we still had to wait 25 min till they arrived to Lorenzo de Zavala elementary in GrandPrairie to deliver to the school . Poor customer service .i advise not to use Jason’s deli when it comes to a fields trip . Corporate should reimburse the kids their money back after waiting 2hrs for their food ..

Food is good and customer service is great

Tried a new sandwich and it was great! Salad bar needed attention and there were several employees standing g around doing nothing.
