I ordered from Jason’s Deli through DoorDash and one of my items was missing. I called the restaurant to ask about it, and instead of trying to help, they immediately blamed DoorDash. The manager immediately blamed DoorDash and even suggested the driver may have opened the bag and taken the item. I explained that the restaurant is responsible for preparing the order and placing all items in the bag before it’s sealed, and that DoorDash only delivers what they’re given. Lastly, the manager told me that since I used a third-party service, there was nothing they could do. This was a very disappointing customer service and showed a lack of accountability for a mistake that happened on their end. I will not longer go to Jason's Deli. And... yes Door dash refunded the money for item not received.

My husband and I went to eat lunch today. Could not understand some of the prices for add ons..when I asked the manager Tom he explained it to me in a better way. Tom was very attentive and kind. I definitely will go back to jasons deli

When you come in to order and you’re not familiar with the menu you can feel rushed to pick something and get out of the way for the next customer. The food as always was delicious. The restaurant was very full and I had to yell to be heard.
The food is always good and they have a large variety of food selections. The free ice cream is a nice treat too. Always eat here.
