The worst sub I ever gotten from Jerseyt yp Mikes. I said no onions with mayo. Got onions without mayo ...drenched in vinegar sauce..couldnt even pick up.

We used to go here all of the time but today will be our last visit. The girl making our sandwiches was rude and didn't listen to us. She assumed that just because we were together, we wanted both sandwiches the same. This is the second time we have been to this location where the staff (mostly college age) were inattentive.

It was ok but it wasn't all that. A lot of miscommunications going on. The food was alright but could have been better, maybe I ordered the wrong thing. Was my first time going here. Cashier acted like he didn't know what he was doing and just left the register and sent someone else to check me out who was trying to charge me again for my order. It was an ok experience. I might go back another day for a second opinion and a different item on the menu just to make sure If I was right or not about my first experience. I'll be commenting again soon.
Probably the best sandwich place in town overall. Good quality, portions and moderate price.

with two locations in Waco we do not normally go here. We did last week and never will again,, Staff acted like they were doing us a favor by making our sandwiches. No smiles or greeting. I had my normal #13 my wife a roast beef. Got them home and mine had no taste very blah. Roast beef also no taste and made her sick. A great waste of over $20. We will go to other location were we have always had excellent food and a happy crew..

On 10/7/24 Order of $300+ dollars cancelled because they’re out of bread. How? Isn’t this a sandwich shop? Disappointing. Called and was told I’d have to initiate another DoorDash. The guy was actually rude about it. They didn’t provide any courtesy call before cancelling my order for a large group. If you have a large group, order with Mcallister’s, they have not failed a large order once and I order often for our group meals. First time anyone cancelled in Waco.
