As a guy actually from Jersey I like foods that remind me of home. Jersey Mike's is one of those places as long as you are in the store when you order. If you order through the app do not and I MEAN DO NOT expect your order to be correct. I have never had my sandwich made they way I requested when I order online. You have to physically be there in person to make sure they make it correctly. I just ordered Friday from the Hewitt Texas Location and had it delivered to work for lunch. I asked to add mayo and I think there might have been a few drops of it. I also asked for extra red wine vinegar and my sandwich was as dry as a bath towel. This is always my complaint when I order online. I actually stopped eating there the beginning of the year because of the repeated incorrectly made order. I figured I would give it a shot and hope for the best. Oh well.

The staff here have been nothing short of kind and thoughtful each time I come to pick up my order. While I was waiting, I was asked several times if I needed water (I am 8 1/2 months pregnant), and they even snuck in a couple cookies into my to go order bag. I see the staff working diligently on each order, and I am grateful for how they take their time and care about each order. We love Hewitt Drive Jersey Mike’s!

Website states they have gluten free sandwich rolls, went in to get a sandwich, was treated as ai was dumb for asking and told you can have a lettuce wrap. Needless to say, don’t go by their website. Left and went to Schlotzsky’s which was accurate on their website and super polite.

I love Jersey mikes and eat here often! This has nothing to do with quality of food but however presentation/ability to eat my wrap. I ordered this today for lunch and it came like this. Completely opened and unable to eat because when I picked it up, it fell apart.

I ordered a large #9 today over the phone. When paying, I realized it was a giant. To make matters worse, when we ate a quarter section of the sandwich, it was so sour and wet from what I figured was the vinegar and oil that neither my wife or I could finish the one quarter eack. It was so bad we threw the rest of the sandwich in the trash!

Placed a to go order, and my sandwiches were just sitting on the counter while they processed the line. Don't order to go unless you want a soggy mess.
Great sandwiches...blows the other Sandwich shops out of the water with their fresh ingredients. I stop in at least once per week...great stuff.😋
