I heard about this place through a friend and went by there to get some chips & salsa, when I say it’s the best in town I mean it’s the best chips and salsa in town!!! The guy that checked me out was the sweetest ever! I’m definitely going back and highly recommend this place to any and everyone!!! 5 stars for sure!

My coworker and I stopped in on lunch to grab chips and salsa. We decided to get a lunch plate as well. I opted for the taquito plate, while she got the tacos. Everything was excellent and the service was wonderful. Overall great experience!

My husband and I were driving on Jack Kultgen when a driver for the company decided he would use the right hand lane at the 17th red light to turn left almost hitting us in the left lane. When I called to to alert them of the wreckless driver, I was hung up on. I called again, but this time no one answered. They almost caused an accident, and do not care.

After a long afternoon shopping in Waco, we decided to stop off at Jesse's Tortilla Factory! The gentleman kindly made some some suggestions on preparing our tortillas for our meal. We can't wait to return to try their tamales and salsas!

This is my go to stop every time I visit Waco to see my mom. Those fried taco salad shells are a straight up 10. Their queso Blanco is delicious and their tortilla chips are amazing. I don't know if a taco salad counts as healthy, but when it's served in those shells, who cares! The folks that work there are always so friendly, I almost feel like I'm greeting family when I make my weekly run. Good job guys!

First time visiting and I must say I was disappointed in their hot plates. The tamale plate was not flavorful not to mention the tamales are very tiny. Chips and Salsa were ok.
