Food was hot and fresh , chicken " to me " lacked seasoning , the rolls are absolutely wonderful and they were the highlight of this order but Mac and cheese taste like it came from a can- I've been wanting to try this location - but maybe I'll try the fish next time
Edit : I just wanted to add the chicken was good and crispy and huge tenders which make the value worth the price - I dipped them thangs in some hommade sauce and I smashed happily

Service could have been better as I. When customers are in the building stay off your phones so that you can give good customer service. Service these days is horrible. COVID gave us a new look at what our world has come to, no one engaging with customers,no happy welcoming faces. There was actually no emotion on anyone's face it, was all cold and like we were a bother for wanting to grab some, what I use to think was, better than bushes chicken.

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. My experience at this establishment was beyond disappointing. I placed my order at 6:08 PM, and despite being assured by the cashier that my food would be ready in just 10 minutes, I didn’t receive it until 6:40 PM—over 30 minutes later. To make matters worse, my order was relatively simple: four tenders, okra, and a roll. There is no reasonable excuse for such a long wait time for a straightforward order.
When the food finally arrived, it was nowhere near worth the extended wait. The quality did not justify the delay, and it was clear that the staff lacked adequate training. While one employee was actively frying food, the rest of the team stood idly by, watching, instead of assisting or improving efficiency. The lack of teamwork and organization was glaring and contributed to the subpar experience.
I cannot recommend this place to anyone unless you happen to be friends with the staff and are willing to overlook their unprofessionalism. For the rest of us, I strongly advise avoiding this establishment altogether. Save your time and money by dining elsewhere.

I discovered this truly by accident. I had this chicken a few weeks ago at a party, and it reminded me of home. I had to come find this place. Let me tell you how happy and sad I was about this chicken. I was happy eating and sad when it was all gone. I could have eaten 15 pieces and would not have regretted it. -Jesus wept all over that food yesterday. That's the post.
They ****** up my order once again. That’s why they got the sign you can get a refund once you drive off. Yep sure did curse them out because they do it all the time. Customer Service is trash and chicken too high to continue this same mistakes.

Update: Now I’m 50, They Sold the business and now it sucks!!!! I never go anymore but crave my Jims so bad. It was great while it lasted. I can’t recommend it anymore.
I'm 43, Chicken is my favorite food and after a lifetime of trying it all, I found Jim's. I don't eat chicken now unless it's Jim's chicken!!! The best 9 out of 10 visits or better and I go there often!

The best commercial fried chicken! The best tenders, better quality and larger in size than the other places. The fish is delicous and cooked perfectly. I just tried their steak fingers for the first time and I'm ordering that again next time I visit. The wait is at least 20 minutes but it's worth it.
