Dude. No forks. No fries. No napkins. Waited 20 minutes, no other cars in the drive thru, literally had to get forks and napkins from the CircleK across the street. SMH.😒

I pulled up forward like the ass and it took 15 minutes for them to get my chicken sandwich out here. Not very happy.

Empty place. Staff takes order from individual, sees me and my family and ignores us for ounter service. Had to order from kiosk.

Guy and lady at the window were obnoxiously rude, we asked them to repeat the order when we pulled up to the window because it was hard to hear on the intercom. Replied with “we already repeated it you bro, a famous bowl and chicken chicken strip meal it simple bro we already told you,” just were absolutely rude and seemed like they couldn’t wait to get us out of the drive thru.

If your just pasing thru food servicee slow got our food in 3o min with just a 3 piece tender meal
3 of 4 wings had feathers! ? Do they clean the chicken? I called the first day, within an hour of the order and there was no answer. I spoke with the Manager the next day who said her “cooks know better than to serve chicken that way”. She will have a discussion with them. There was no acknowledgement of replacing the food I couldn’t eat, refunding me or making it right. Not only was the food disgusting, the service after reporting it made the experience worse.

I went to pick up an order that I had placed online, when I arrived the store was closed and a person told us that they were no longer making orders (supposedly the hours on the door say that they close at 10, from the beginning the person saw that We didn't speak English, he spoke to us differently, I think he thought we didn't understand him (other cars passed by and he attended to them as if nothing had happened) we called and they told us it must be by drive thru (we don't have a car, for some reason we passed on foot) I had I had to talk to a friend and we went through the drive thru and they told us that they didn't have the order. I hope I'm wrong but I think they were racist for not knowing English because when my sister dialed (she knows English) they told her that already They had the order ready, we thought maybe we had gone to the wrong store but no, we checked the application and it was there, they should improve their customer service and if they don't want to place orders an hour before then close early
