Workers dont speak to you when you come inside. Just look at you and walk away, they dont even say someone will be with you or anything. Hate coming to this place.

All was good but way to expensive for my blood I've always loved KFC for years but the prices like gold here can't eat here every time I want chicken its sad but I go where the I can feed my family for half the price

The food was disgusting. My biscuits were hard as a rock. Chicken was old. The regular chicken was so old it was dry and crispy the crispy was beyond hard to eat. Potatoes had no flavor and the Mac and cheese was overcooked and old nothing but mush. Only thing fresh was my wedges

1 for the food. Could be fine. But I’ve been in the drive thru line waiting for over 30 minutes for my order ……. When asked after 20 minutes they said they are making fresh tenders. Okay. That was 10 minutes ago ….. literally I could have had a live chicken to tenders faster

Got a KFC bowl and a spicy chicken little sandwich. I love the spicy mayo. It's spicier than the tenders. There wasn't a long wait for our food and the atmosphere was quiet and calm. There wasn't any zero sugar drinks except pepsi zero and a bottle of water though, which was odd for a restaurant.

I waited over 30 minutes for 2 pot pies along with 6 other cars. After waiting for so long I saw a worker come out the store and with a bag of food and got into a red SUV and drove off that's when I decided to drive around and get my money back. One man went in the inside with his receipt. I'm very disappointed and I will not go back to that KFC on Lakeshore Dr. in Lacy Lakeview near Waco Texas. I was very disappointed.

At 5:40 pm on Sunday they had no breasts, nothing in crispy just dried out original tenders. I drove extra miles because this place on Valley Mills had more stars than Hewitt did. She offered to cook some if I wanted to wait 20 minutes. My tab was $68 for what was not up to par. Ive never been so disappointed in takeout.
Absolutely worst kfc on the planet. Had nothing ready. Sixteen minute wait on chicken nuggets. It was sixteen minute wait on everything. Nothing ready. 4pm Tuesday...

there was no silverware in the bag and my order was wrong. Wont be back to this location if you cant follow simple orders like a famous bowl no corn why do u work fast food
