scheduled an interview 11/13/25 for shift leader. went in to day 11/14/25 for the interview. waited for 10 minutes and they said they were not hiring. they don't know why they keep getting sent applicants. i suggested taking jost post/ad down . it looks like false advertisement. another waste of time

The worst I have ever had from KFC in all my years was today Understandable they had to cook it..but really, sent it home nearly burnt...what has happened here?

I'm in a business trip. I needed a receipt. The ONLY way I would have been able to get a receipt was to allow either text message, calls or tons of spam in my email. For obvious reasons. I did NOT get a receipt as is required to be available by law whenever the customer requests one.

Ordered 2 piece meal original chicken got home found order was wrong given fried chicken overcooked and not the original ordered. Wasted meal picked trough rest of the meal box. Staff was great good customer service otherwise.

Absolute worst KFC I've ever been to. We waited 20 minutes--and were first in the line--without our order even being taken. Only one person (of the three behind the counter) was taking orders at the drive through and inside. One of the others was cooking fries, which they'd apparently run out of.

Took over 25 minutes after order submission to get this food. Morale is very low with the employees.

Drive thru at lunch. Placed order proceeded to window. Handed cashier my money. The cashier proceeded to fill other drink orders and handle other responsibilities while holding my 20 dollar bill in their hand.
Finally rang up the transaction and then returned to me the incorrect amount of change.
Call another person, I assumed trainer or manager. Returned the correct amount of change.
Waited a couple minutes and they handed me my drink (no straw) and told me to pull forward.
I had received a voicemail while placing my initial order so I noted the time. After waiting to the 21 minute mark no one was at the drive thru window so I backed up and they said it would be a few minutes.
So 23 minutes after I placed my order I was able to pull away after asking for a straw for my drink and my receipt (which they could not find)
Better STAY AWAY if in any kind of hurry.
BTW the syrup / soda mix on my Pepsi was messed up so it was very weak. For a company owned my Pepsi Co one would think that at the very least they could get the soda order correct.

Place a order on the kiosk the employee then told me they had nothing cooked and it would be a 20 minute wait. And she couldn't do a refund. It actually took 45 minutes before we were told anything else I asked them what is going on. She then told me 6 more minutes. The girl was trying to explain to her boss what was going on and asked for him to speak with me and he refused. This was the worst service I've ever experienced at any fast food place.

Food here is so so good, and service was fast! I went through the drive thru and was greeted by some accommodating staff! Soda was flat but so I’m taking a star off but everything else was great, loved the atmosphere here

Ordered the wings and wedges, both were cold, got the order wrong, took them back and they put them back in the grease/fryer to get them hot. I will not be going back, customer service is terrible, people waiting 20/30 minutes for their food and no refund, we had several trying to get theirs back.

Something is very wrong here. On a long trip driving home, stopped for a quick pick up of some good KFC. 5 people in front of us and most tell us after we put our order in, they had been waiting 45 minutes. Drive thru window was being served but very slowly the dining room was being served. We waited 40 minutes for food because the whole lobby was told they would not generate a credit for our food. Serious serious issues. While waiting we noticed how nasty and sticky the floors were. Made me a little worried about the condition of the food. I didn't eat what I bought out of fear of getting sick.
1 young man appeared to be the only person working. There were 4 employees in the building. Please thank Damian for attempting to take care of your customers. I know I will never stop there again.

Drink machines were messed up and they were still serving these drinks to everyone, 30 dollars for 2 meals, food is taking forever. I wouldn't recommend.
I ordered the 4-piece chicken meal from KFC and overall it was a great experience. The chicken was crispy, hot, and flavorful with that classic seasoning KFC is known for. The portion size was generous and filling, definitely worth the price. The sides were fresh and well-prepared, and the biscuit was warm and buttery.
The staff was friendly and got my order out quickly, and the restaurant was clean and organized. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because one of the pieces was a little smaller than expected and the fries could have been hotter. Still, it was a satisfying meal and I’ll definitely be back.
