Drive thru is Al I use its ok
Terrible service! Waited 30 min for my food and was advised could not get a refund!
Never a bad day when you get some yummy KFC. Love this store and they show it back. They are always in good spirits, laughing and smiling. All this adds to the atmosphere and whether you're driving through or sitting in the dining room it's going to put a smile on your face. I know I'm talking a lot about the people in the atmosphere but just wait till you get that food in your mouth! Absolutely incredible.
Took 45 minutes for 3 wings. And they can’t give you a refund.
I pulled over to grab some chicken i been waiting for 12 minutes trying to get 5 piece chicken strip in the drive thru on my way from Austin to get to DFW airport. They are taking forever I asked for a refund they wouldn't give it to me this is absurd.
Food may take longer but it is fresh and hot when you get it

Apparently this is now a cook to order restaurant. They have 5 vehicles in the parking area, waiting on their orders. This seems to be the norm every time I come to this Bellmead location. Wait time last time was 35 minutes.
I sat for 30 minutes in drive thru to not receive any food. There were 3 other cars waiting just as long and longer than I. Time was 8:15 when I arrived on Saturday 10/19. I left and got Popeyes for dinner. Enjoy my free money.

When I entered the establishment a gentleman shouted at me that I had to use the self ordering kiosk. Fine I used it but I had to pay with cash. When I completed my and the machine asked me to pay at the counter. A young woman very rudely asked me why I couldn't pay on the kiosk. I explained cash. And she said not another word to me. Get it together folks. Staff seems hostile about all guests using the kiosks.

So I haven't ate here in quite some time I told my mom to stop bc we were pressed for time and there was nobody in drive thru or parking lot. Lady thru speaker didn't sound happy put a damper on the mood, after correcting her twice with order we pull to window I pay, mind u nobody is here she asked us to pull up and she'd bring it out to me this was at 11:03 here we set at 11:27. Someone finally pulls in the drive thru behind us as we r waiting he pulls over to waiting parking spot for curb side she then ten minutes later walks past us takes him his food so I walk in and there are two women standing in line that was there for eating in and still haven't received their food and they are upset talking bout what a attitude this women has and how they been waiting still no customers but the three of us. I waited a total of 33 minutes sitting in car with one other vehicle that was after me thru drive thru and he got their food before us. Not happy about it and hungry and not happy is not okay won't be going back jus do to the rude and long service

Arrived at the drive thru and was promptly greeted, asked for just a moment as I was gathering our order. A few seconds later another voice greets me, I ask for just a second as we decide. A few seconds later yet another voice asks "Can I help you decide?" I advise we're almost ready, just need a second. She replies "Well we're on a timer so you need to hurry!!"
All of this was within less than 45 seconds at max. Once I placed my order she proceeded to ask 3+ questions about rounding up, donating, helping, etc. If they're in that big of a hurry and can't allow patrons a literal minute to place their order we don't have time to hear 3 options to donate.
Once I arrived at the window and the lady was extremely rude and demanded my card and practically threw my order at me.
I don't care what kind of timer you're on; I'm a paying customer, you will wait as long as I choose and do so happily as you're still getting paid!! Don't rush me or tell me to hurry up because you're on a timer.
