Went here for the first time on a Sunday afternoon and everything was great. I got the snow crab legs with butter garlic sauce and they were amazing; good quality, perfectly cooked, not overly salty, etc. The service was friendly and fast; shout out Tyler. The atmosphere was nice; clean and they had football on 2 large TVs plus nickelodeon on another TV so something for everybody.

This was a very disappointing experience. The crab with garlic butter sauce was extremely salty, to the point that it was almost inedible.
The crab fried rice was even worse. It used to be fragrant, buttery, and crispy, but this time the crab was wet and watery, and the rice was mushy, sticky, and soggy. It didn’t resemble fried rice at all — it honestly felt like eating porridge.
It’s no surprise the restaurant was nearly empty. What made the experience even more unacceptable was the unsanitary restroom. The floor was wet, and there was a strong urine smell, which is completely unacceptable for any food establishment.
I truly hope the owner will take this feedback seriously, improve the food quality, and maintain proper cleanliness, because the restaurant has clearly gone downhill.

We ordered the Sniper Boil with shrimp, snow crab, sausage, potato, and corn, using the medium sauce. I debated going hotter and probably could have. The medium had good flavor but leaned heavily toward a strong butter profile over anything else. That said, it was still really good.
We also tried the crab dip as an appetizer, which I’d only recommend if you genuinely enjoy large chunks of garlic. The garlic was pretty overpowering for our taste.
The ambiance was nice and it wasn’t crowded for a Friday evening. Service was good, a bit on the slower side, but that actually worked for us since we were looking for a relaxed, unhurried night. Overall, it was a good experience, and we’d return to try more items on the menu.
I ordered food online and I had ordered extra potatoes, extra sauce and extra corn, when I got home I had NO potatoes one piece of corn and NO sauce I called them back being respectful and asking just for what I paid for and I was told they would “check the cameras, and give me a call back” which I was still respectful even though I’m not the type to try to get down on some potatoes but I waited up until they closed and never got a call back. It was a horrible first experience and I felt like I was being called a liar, horrible customer service.

My husband and I have come here a couple times now and our waitress (Daja) we have had every time she is very friendly and also made my husband a drink that she originally didn’t know how to make and he said it was incredible. Everyone else is also very welcoming and they will all come and talk to you and check on you. The food is amazing fresh and has the perfect amount of seasoning. The wait is never long either. Best seafood place we have tried in this area in a while.

Great place!!!!!! The food was very delicious. Hot! The food is definitely worth the price. The staff were very nice and friendly. Even though our waiter was training, he did an awesome job!!!!! Both managers (Jess and Jess) made sure that we were satisfied, every second we were there. The only bad thing was that I couldn’t order everything on the menu. I rate it 1000/10!!!!!!! Give these people their flowers. Will definitely be back!
