Usually love to come here to eat but today I was about to order but just didn’t feel comfortable eating there because one of the employees kept coughing while making the food great food and great service but today was just not the day to risk mine or anyone else’s health.

The young man Trenton that took my order was real polite and professional. Food was cooked perfectly and ready in the time he told me.

Yesterday around 6:30pm I arrived at Union Hall to place my order. After spending $22 dollars (with tip), I checked my food when I arrived home and first noticed just a small bit of fries but more chicken, and the chicken wings looked to be INJECTED. Very large and deformed-looking wings. I then got a headache afterward, which I still have now. I will not eat here again.

I didn’t know I was going to be served jumbo wings — I never asked for that. The wings looked abnormal, and I felt sick afterward. Your response doesn’t really address that concern; it just explains your policy.

Montana and her employees are wonderful. Montana is the sweetest woman I have ever met. She was so so helpful with the menu since my dad is blind. Thank you so much Montana.

the food is fine but whoever the woman managing the store was, she usually isn't there she must work at the other location, was very rude to my girlfriend for no reason whatsoever, I'm not going to recommend this place to anyone I know even though the food is very good, you need better employees!

Montana Barker not sure if she is the manager or what , very rude loud and disrespectful to the other employees. I ordered with my family and right in front of my daughter she starts hollering and screaming rudely to the young man taking my order. The young man turns to look at her and calmly said “we can talk about this on the side” and she is like hollering yeah we can as she continues to ramble and yell at the other young men working..After he finishes my order as calm as he could be, he went to the side and she is still yelling at him loudly. I have been coming here since the opening at Union Hall, Franklin location and have never witnessed such behavior from anyone else. It was rude, ridiculous and uncalled for. Between every customer she continued to speak rudely to him while he was calmly moving and working. The young man was very calm and respectful through the whole show she put on. Hire better King’s Chicken Wings!!! I think I will keep walking if she is there my next time around .

The food was delicious! Ms. Montana was such a delight and displayed great customer service! Sorry, I don’t have a picture of my order, I gobbled it up quick! My family and I will be returning again!

I went to kings wings this past Friday. It was my 1st visit. Wings were fabulous. I ordered the mango habanero abd medium Louisiana conbination. Mango habanero could've had more heat for my liking but wings were crisp on the outside and moist inside.

I will be returning on my next visit to Waco.

I got the seis nugs (boneless 6 piece) for my son and they were massive he was full after 4 so I ate the rest.😁 The area around is basically like a food court very cool and refreshing. The service wasn't slow but also not to fast.
