Boba is great! My older ones took me here because they told me it was a good drink stop with lots of variety options. You do have to be precise on what you’re ordering though since they have a lot of the same things (mistake taken). Would really recommend the Caramel Macchiato Slush! Everyone was so patient and nice, would definitely come back here.

Ordered 2 Wintermelon Milk Green Teas , but they had no milk in them. We were confused and when I looked up to get her attention, she just glanced at me and turned away. I wish I had asked for a remake, but based off another review, I don't think I would've gotten one anyway.

I visited this boba shop recently and ordered 2 milk teas and a strawberry lemonade. The employeeWhite young girl Black hair black glassesgot my order wrong and when I told her she forgot to make it a milk tea she got an attitude with me and refused to agree that she got it wrong. She was incredibly rude, was ignoring my asking if a remake and was treating me like an annoyance to her saying she won’t remake my drink and kept turning around. Until another customer spoke up and agreed with me saying she heard my order and she did get it wrong. She also asked her to remake the drink and she was met with the same rudeness and attitude and told us she can’t remake it because she “has too much to do”…. And she’s the only one working here so she’s not remaking anything. The girl who was with me trying to make her understand that her disrespect was not okay and told her she was being so rude and that if she got someone’s order wrong she can remake it and not act in a way that’s disrespectful to the customer. I didn’t mind waiting until after everyone but the other customers insisted that they can wait and all agreed that she should remake my drink. At this point she was ignoring us and turned her back towards us. Until another employee came and she ran to her trying to tell her side of the story. The other employee came up to us and we told her the exact same story with the exact same tone of voice with kindness. And she totally understood and remade the drink is a nice manner.Now this is a case of a rude employee who refuses to help her customers out. This was the most disrespect I’ve ever seen from a person working in the food business. The fact that I kept up a nice attitude while she was getting frustrated and rude with me was so out of the blue. A whole other customer had to aid me in trying to explain to her she did something wrong. But her pride and disrespect was met to us both. Don’t hire these type of employees. I’ve been going to this boba shop since forever. Never again.

So happy to see a KFT in Waco - the interior is bright, the tea is tasty, and the boba is optimally chewy. A perfect future stop for me making drives from Dallas to Austin or vice versa!
