I visited this boba shop recently and ordered 2 milk teas and a strawberry lemonade. The employeeWhite young girl Black hair black glassesgot my order wrong and when I told her she forgot to make it a milk tea she got an attitude with me and refused to agree that she got it wrong. She was incredibly rude, was ignoring my asking if a remake and was treating me like an annoyance to her saying she won’t remake my drink and kept turning around. Until another customer spoke up and agreed with me saying she heard my order and she did get it wrong. She also asked her to remake the drink and she was met with the same rudeness and attitude and told us she can’t remake it because she “has too much to do”…. And she’s the only one working here so she’s not remaking anything. The girl who was with me trying to make her understand that her disrespect was not okay and told her she was being so rude and that if she got someone’s order wrong she can remake it and not act in a way that’s disrespectful to the customer. I didn’t mind waiting until after everyone but the other customers insisted that they can wait and all agreed that she should remake my drink. At this point she was ignoring us and turned her back towards us. Until another employee came and she ran to her trying to tell her side of the story. The other employee came up to us and we told her the exact same story with the exact same tone of voice with kindness. And she totally understood and remade the drink is a nice manner.Now this is a case of a rude employee who refuses to help her customers out. This was the most disrespect I’ve ever seen from a person working in the food business. The fact that I kept up a nice attitude while she was getting frustrated and rude with me was so out of the blue. A whole other customer had to aid me in trying to explain to her she did something wrong. But her pride and disrespect was met to us both. Don’t hire these type of employees. I’ve been going to this boba shop since forever. Never again.

I would probably rate 4.5 but it's worth rounding up because we really love the drinks here. A few favs: Oolong Milk Tea, Kung Fu Milk Tea, Taro Slush (I like to get 70% sweetness because it's pretty sweet, and still sweet with the reduction), Mango Snow (70% sweet), Wintermelon Tea, all drinks with regular boba, though there are lots of jellies to choose from including a brown sugar boba which is also yummy. The service is hit or miss depending on who's behind the counter. Never overtly rude, just not always the friendliest. It's fine; we're not going for the service, though a friendly smile or "Thanks for coming!" wouldn't hurt. The aesthetic is like a typical bubble tea joint. My toddler loves the lucky cat whenever we visit. There are a few places to sit but we rarely see people hanging out in there. Would probably be a good place to study if you don't want distractions. My family is thrilled Kung Fu is in Waco after years of patronizing them in College Station, Austin, and Houston. Hope they're flooded with business and are able to stick around for a long time! Also, would love if they started a loyalty program.

So happy to see a KFT in Waco - the interior is bright, the tea is tasty, and the boba is optimally chewy. A perfect future stop for me making drives from Dallas to Austin or vice versa!
My family and I come here atleast once a week, that should tell you enough!! Lol, my middle daughter loves their Oreo Wow. My youngest tried their Cocoa Lava Slush this past weekend, I had to try it myself and it was pretty good. My older daughter she orders something different every time and she enjoys it.. My husband and I love the Peach Oolong Tea. Prices are reasonable compared to other places we've been to....????

This is the best bubble tea drink spot in waco and I have tried 3 and this was my 3rd place to try and I have been going back for more my favorite drinks are the strawberry lemonade with popping bubble grap and rosehip lemonade tea they taste so amazing and the people have great customer

This store I pretty similar to the other locations I've been to in other cities. I do wish they would switch to almond milk instead of powder for their almond tea, but the tea itself is still good. The boba was spot on. There's lots of menu options, so I'll be back to try other stuff.
