The Waco location food was not as good as Hawaii. I was a little sad, too much salt for sure. I'd say 3 stars on food for this location. I will try other Texas locations to try to find the amazing flavors we found in Hawaii.

Came in on my lunch break to witness cashier, Kenna, explaining menu items to a visually impaired customer & companion. I was extremely patient waiting in line. Kenna made me very proud of her display of patience while providing exceptional customer service. She showed exceptional patience while answering their continued questions/ concerns.

I look forward to returning to this restaurant, and trying more menu items! Thank you!

I don't know. It's better than Hawaiian Bros. They're both fake Hawaiian fast food, beggars can't be choosers.

What a gem of a place. I never knew I needed Hawaiian BBQ in my life until I discover this place. Food was cooked perfectly and flavor was spot on. Staff were super friendly and upbeat. I will definitely be back.

So, I've never been to Hawaii. But I feel like sticky floors and primary school chairs (all housed in a shabby cramped-warehouse vibe) is probably not the aesthetic I'd get if I went there.

The food was subpar. Ironically, the only thing I liked was the Spam...which doesn't feel right, given that it's just processed meat out of a can. Everything else was kind of slimy-fat and gristly. I'm not sure where all the high reviews have come from, but I'm envious I didn't have their experience. It's not the worst place I've ever been (aside from the parking, but that's downtown for you), but I can't say I'd ever go back.
