We celebrated my mom’s birthday at La Fiesta, and I have to say that Steve made the entire experience unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, he was warm, attentive, and incredibly thoughtful. He handled our group with ease, kept everything running smoothly, and made sure my mom felt truly celebrated on her special day.

Steve checked in on us often without ever being intrusive, anticipated what we needed before we even asked, and added such a positive energy to the celebration. It’s rare to find a server who combines professionalism with genuine kindness the way he does.

The parking lot was FULL (6pm on a Tuesday), so we drove around in it for about 10-15 minutes until a spot opened. At that point I figured we had a long wait ahead for a table and food. But NO! We walked in and were seated immediately. Ordered just as fast and BOOM, food arrived! Food was good. The service was fantastic!

I think there's been a revamp of the menu. Food was good, different from what I'm used to, but I still enjoyed my dinner.We ordered the carne guisada, ribeye tacos and chicken fried chicken. Sierra, not sure if I'm spelling her name correctly was our server. She was GREAT, made sure to ask if we were ok very attentive. Very friendly vibe and made us feel right at home. For sure will keep us going back. LOVE IT
