The birra tacos were bomb! So good. Decent prices. Alittle on the high side for Tex-Mex but super yummy. 10/10 would eat here again!

As non wacoians it’s been hard to find great restaurants all around. We’ve now visited La Fiesta 3x and each time is amazing! Service is great, everyone is friendly and it’s not a huge party place. Even when they have a full house you still receive amazing service.

My server was prompt in responding to my table, greeted me with a warm smile, and promptly served me tea while explaining the menu items. His exceptional service was evident in his friendly demeanor and attention to detail.
After researching the best Mexican food near Providence Hospital, La Fiesta emerged as the top recommendation. Don't come here unless you want to be lied to and have your time wasted. I came to pick uo an order and was told multiple times that it was almost ready and yet I still waited over 20 minutes and never received the food. 45 minutes after the food has been ordered. Absolutely ridiculous. Don't order pickup or to go from this restaurant if you value your time

Friday night height of dinner. No issue getting seated right away. Server Eric friendly personality without being annoying. Food came out hot, delicious. Had a reasonably priced alcoholic bev and dessert. Most impressive was the teamwork. Server Eric got tasked with a job and 2 other servers made sure the coke glass was filled. You rarely see a place where on a busy Fri night staff have one another’s back. We had an enjoyable dinner out- would take family there for Tex Mex and just a fun environment.
