Little hidden gem in Waco. Had the chicken shawarma sandwich and shawarma plate with a side of falafel. The chicken shawarma was excellent and full of flavor. The shawarma plate came with two sides. We opted for the hummus and israelí couscous. Falafel was crispy and tasty. Everything was delicious, fresh and spinning with flavor. If you like Mediterranean this a must try spot.

My husband and I just moved to town. This has become my favorite spot to eat. He ordered the Half Chicken platter with fresh hummus and grape leaves and I ordered the traditional Shawarma platter with yogurt salad and grape leaves. We happily finished everything. The meat was cooked perfectly and the flavors were all complimentary. They also have the best baklava I've ever had. Wonderful service! Such a great find!

Wow! I’ve been looking forward to trying this place since they opened. Now I’m kicking myself for not going sooner! What a lovely family. Food is incredible and I’ll definitely become a regular. The platter I ordered was really reasonably priced & LOADED down and everything was the best of its kind that I’ve ever had. I ordered the lamb kabob platter with tabbouleh and hummus. Check the pic! I’m so glad they are in Waco. Absolutely Delicious!

Best Mediterranean food in Waco for sure !. The food and ingredients are fresh and authentic. The staff is kind and helpful. There is nothing on the menu that isn't five stars. The place is always clean and the environment is peaceful. The portions were a reasonable amount!.Will be back for sure !!

The hospitality started the dining experience off to a nice take off with some of the best lamb I’ve ever had. No kidding. This is a unique in a good way Mediterranean establishment. The sauces and rice were perfect as well. Remonda was adorable and loves what she does. Thank you for a great experience.

Hidden gem of a restaurant located in a strip mall. Staff went above and beyond to offer recommendations (which were spot on!) and to be sure we were well taken care of. Portions were large and the food was absolutely some of the Mediterranean food I've ever had! I had the beef/lamb Kafka, rice pilaf, Israeli couscous and hummus. This would be out go-to place if we lived locally. Don't miss out!

Laziza is run by a lovely family, they have the best shawarma sandwich with lamb and beef. It’s true Lebanese and a Waco original. One of my favorite restaurants in Waco.
The food was good but typical, nothing outstanding. VERY slow getting the food out. (They do warn you). I had the shawarma and hubby had beef kabob platter. We probably won't return.

Family owned, staff is personable, gave great recommendations. For real felt like we were friends by the time we were done. Fun drinks to try. It's awesome. Best Mediterranean food.

I love this place!! I'm very picky when it comes to food, but Laziza is amazing and is now probably my favorite place to eat. Family owned and operated, friendly staff, and the food is incredible. Definitely a must try.

the food was DELICIOUS and super fresh. got the beef and lamb shawarma and the fire roasted red pepper hummus. and was simply the best Mediterranean food I've ever had. staff was very nice and attentive even though they were short staffed. longer than usual wait times but once I tasted the food it made the wait worth it! highly recommend this place!
