They over charged me and didn't tell me and manger told me what you want me to do about it I will not recommend nobody to eat their but I order it so I paid for it some people just don't need jobs like that

Took my son for his bday dinner. What a ruined meal and huge disappointment. Waitress had to be asked 3 times to bring rolls, never refilled drinks. Appetizers came out AFTER the meal. Steaks were a combination of over cooked, undercooked and just a horribly greasy on one. Rice on 2 plates were icebox cold. A sweet potato was so burnt. It wasn't even busy! Managers response was very nonchalant and wouldn't even stay at the table long enough to listen to the entire problem. Its been a long while since we were there last and it will be a long time before we think about going back.

Ordered three side salads with ranch dressing. The salads came with so much dressing they were like soup. Told our waitress who “oh” and offered nothing. Same with the manager. When were leaving we saw a worker bagging up an order of food but not before she took French fries out of the to go box. In fairness it could have been her order but she did this in front of house.

Well I just want to say if you plan on stopping by the Waco location stay far away from miss Alizae that who I had start my night off with me and my family stopped in for dinner when we were rudely greeted by her from the jump she began to rush are drink order then proceeded to take our food order in a rush as our food came to the table I got my two sides I ordered but no entrée my wife ordered grilled shrimp which came out fried with the incorrect sides I wasn't quick too be upset because I work in the cooking industry, but when other servers began to run her food for her section because she was nowhere to be found for at least 30 minutes it became a problem and whenever she finally came to the table. She was too worried about filling up our drinks with the wrong beverage and quick to shut us up by then I have more than enough of her, so I began to speak with a manager where she began to try to over speak me and tell me that I was in the wrong. Poor customer service, poor professionalism, but my whole visit was not all bad. I asked the manager to switch my servers and that's when everything turned around. I had to give a huge shout out to.Miss Kristiana she was very quick and understanding of the whole situation and got us back on track. She was very quick professional now that's a server. I want to thank the manager as well for helping us move pass the poor service we had and on to a better visit at Logan's the chicken was outstanding. Just wish I could've enjoyed it there instead of having it made in place to go maybe next time. In truly believe in people having bad days but to show it that clearly to your customers not only to our table but her whole section we spoke to the two other tables who seemed to be experiencing the same issues my family stopped in at 8:15 PM which state don't close till 10 but miss Alizae made us feel like we were a burden to her as if we came 10 minutes before they close poorly executed Alizae 1-10 recommend

I'd say about a solid 4. In the past I've not had much luck at logans at other locations. But this one has been consistently pretty good. Fast service, good food (I've tried practically everything) really clean, staff is pretty good and what they do. The specials are what suck me in, and im really partial to the rolls. I'm not easily impressed and I tend to be brutally honest if a place isn't up to my standards, but this location particularly is pretty good. And to the owner...whatever your paying Christiana. Its not enough, im requesting her everytime I walk in the doors. A true professional at what she does. I'm not one to call out staff, but she deserves it.

The food is low quality for the price. Our server, Ebony, was amazing and honestly made up for the of quality of the food, which i can imagine is no one else's fault except who ordered it. Otherwise flavor is there, can be better but the flavor is there. The mashed potatoes were GUMMY gummy. Ranch is AMAZING, but they put entirely too much on the salad, the salad is also pretty good! Just too much ranch.
Have eaten here many times just hoping it will be good this time but had to finally make the decision it is not worth it not good and is usually cold.

It would have been a great time and meal had it not been so HOT that I was literally sliding off the bench as we tried to have lunch last Saturday! We basically took our food and left! $100 with tip for a miserable time.
The good: the waitress was lovely and did an excellent job. The food was also good. Too bad it was 85 degrees inside and everyone was miserable including staff!
