Los Cucos is me and my fiancé favorite place to go to on our date nights. We visited them on Friday and it was amazing as always including the service! We will deff be back over and over again
Very good food very good service can’t complain. You should come and visit this place very authentic Mexican food.
Ate here for the first time tonight and live a mile away but never tried it . The service was outstanding our waiter Lorenzo was attentive and personable and never left a drink half empty and had great recommendations on food. We had the fajitas with chicken, steak, bacon wrapped shrimp, bbq ribs. As well as queso con carne and an order of carnitas . Don’t sleep on getting the carnitas . Dang. The Gm is super friendly as well and I let him know we were very impressed with the service as well as quality of food . If you are in the Waco area come check this place out you won’t leave disappointed.

I can't wait to go back! This is the first tex-mex restaurant in the area that I can say I really like!! They food was amazing! The service was friendly and very good. It would be great if they had enough staff to open the patio, but I understand....it's a huge restaurant!
I loved their green salsa and we asked for a spicier salsa, they have a medium spicy habanero salsa that we very good. We actually mixed the habanero salsa into the green salsa and for me it was heaven! I ordered the chicken Florentino. It comes with rice, a cup of soup and spinach stuffed chicken topped with avocado, pico de Gallo and salsa. I also ordered a frozen sangria berry margarita to share. Everything was excellent! Our waiter was so friendly and attentive too.

I appreciated the quality and the freshness of the food. The menu has a lot of variations and options with the staples of Tex Mex. I had the fajitas with the special salsa Los Cucos and fount it great, would definitely recommend other dishes with the same Los Cucos sauce.
