A horrible experience. The staff didn’t seem to know what to do. I had a choose two with Savannah salad and a Reuben. The salad came without any salad dressing. When I asked for the dressing that came with that salad, the employee brought the wrong dressing. When I told her that that was the wrong dressing, she said it was correct. My wife had to explain what Sherry Chalet looked like. The whole time the employee looked like she didn’t understand a word my wife was saying. She went & got another dressing, still not Sherry Chalet. Undoubtedly dressings are not labeled in the kitchen, or the employee couldn’t read the labels. As for the Rueben, it was not prepared correctly. Instead of Thousand Island, some other dressing was used. Needless to say, I will think twice before I eat at this McAlister’s Deli again.

My fiance and I had dinner tonight and the experience was AMAZING. The customer service was exceptional from the register to the young ladies checking on our table. I had a small issue with my sandwich and the manager saw my face when I bit into my sandwich and immediately fixed the issue. The managers were very helpful to the employees as well as giving them words of encouragement. We will be adding this to our small list of date night spots.
