I've been going to this Mcalisters for years it's not far from my house. Lately the service hasn't been good this isn't the first time I've had issues there and I know every time it's not going to be perfect and people make mistakes but you'd think since the managers know me from past bad experiences that they'd make sure my order was correct. My potato salad has been forgotten on multiple occasions when I pick my order up and if I check my order at the counter before I leave the workers get offended. Last time we dined in the potato salad was a very small portion like maybe 2 table spoons and the manager Rashad fixed it. But tonight when I went in I got my order checked it and the potato salad didn't have the red seasoning on it I asked the guy can I get sine he said we don't sell it separately so I said well.give me one that has the seasoning. He took mine and went in the back and brought this back to me. I don't know if he was trying to be funny but he or whomever did it dumped all this seasoning on my potato salad. And I spoke to Rashad when we came in joking about the last experiences we had with the potato salad and he said I got you. So I'm not sure who did this but I didn't find it funny. Anyway I guess I'm gonna have to start driving all the way to hewitt if I still want to eat Mcalisters... smh

Ordered a lemonade. The lemonade doesn't taste like how it used to, the cup was filled to the brim with ice (new cost saving directives?) and the straw was being suffocated by the mouth of the lid. The plastic was so tough that it actually scraped off my girlfriend's nail polish when she tried to make it wider so that the straw could be used properly.This experience coupled with what I've read from other reviews, I don't think we'll ever come here again.Also, their payment screen asks us for a tip. Tf? Didn't know that getting a lemonade in 40 seconds equates to being serviced for 1-2 hours when eating out.

Absolutely horrible!!! I’ve been several times and each time I go I’m met with disappointment. I specifically asked for no mayo or mustard but was met with that when I took a bite. If I’m in ur face telling u my order I don’t understand how u could mess it up. I had no time to take it back up there due to me having to be back at work so big waste of money and don’t recommend the location in Waco due to the incompetent workers.

Before I start, I want to emphasize that i’ve loved McAliser’s for over two decades and still do. This location has been a headache EVERY single time I visit. I come 1-2 times a week to pickup my lunch and occasionally sit down for a meal.The past THREE orders i’ve picked up were incorrect. I attempted to call after picking up in the past and was told I would “receive points” on my account as an apology. I never received those points.I order the blank angus club every time and each time I get a different sandwich. Sometimes it has honey mustard instead of horseradish. Sometimes it’s missing onions, and no cheese. Today it was missing onions and cheese. I went back to the store to correct the issue.My complaint was taken seriously and they offered a corrected replacement sandwich (and a coupon).After walking all the way back to my work, I see the sandwich is missing cheese…Spending 10-15$ on a sandwich and getting the wrong thing is asinine. Check your order before leaving if ordering pickup!

Pick up order. Everything ok. I just think the potato soup could be better. It was just plain, bland, without flavor & the actual potatoes were under cooked. Hubby loved the King Club though

I appreciate the clean atmosphere and enjoy the food. There's no better service in Waco than McAlister's on Waco Dr. The managers and staff have gone out of their way to fill my needs on multiple occasions.
