I’ve been to this location a few times, and my overall experience has always been excellent! The server — I’m pretty sure his name was Fernando — was so friendly and helpful. He checked on me several times to make sure I was doing alright, offered me two refills, and even cleaned my table after I was done. The manager, Randy, was also very respectful and kind. Both of them showed so much warmth toward me.
I also want to give credit to the whole team — I can tell they put a lot of effort into everything they do. This afternoon, I ordered a sandwich, and the cashier, Macey, was so sweet and kind as well.
This is definitely one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to. The atmosphere is amazing and so positive. I LOOOVEEEE McAlister’s! YAAAAAYYYYY 😭❤️
