Do not get the French Dip. I ordered one this evening and the bread was soaking wet. I picked it up, and my hand got wet from just trying to hold it. Why the bottom of this sandwich was soaked, I have no idea. I can tell you that I didn't eat it, just left it there.

We ordered 42.00 dollars worth food pick up cheese melt bread was not fresh and queso dip and chips cheese dip was dark orange wasn’t fresh we eat here all the time usually inside always good get order to go tasted old

Randy and MarQuis (sorry if I spelled that wrong) did a fantastic job with my order. They supplied napkins, bowls, plasticware, tongs, ladles, crackers, chips, and get this.... trash bags for clean up. My soup and potato bar was a huge hit. The teachers at Spring Valley Elementary loved it . Thank you guys so much for everything! Can't wait to work with you again for future events.

Sent a big order in online and all was ready and accurate when we arrived. This location has always been accommodating and provided excellent customer service!
Went in for a to go order and an earlier customer was in complaining about his order. Got my order home and the first sandwich was wrong and thrown together so bad it looked dead and sad. The second sandwich all the meat was piled on one side of the bread while most of the bread had nothing on it at all. Again just thrown together.
It made me worry that if they are so careless I wonder if they even washed their hands. Needless to say they are remaking the first sandwich while I threw mine in the trash not wanting to chance it.
Will never order from here again.

Had trouble deciding what to get from the variety of meals they have to offer. Was suggested favorites and was helped very quickly. Food was out really fast and super nice employees checking if you need anything else. Food was really good and fresh!

So, I frequent this franchise. Tasty food, healthy options. However… I was blown away on this particular visit.
At this location, the assistant manager is obviously laser focused on customer satisfaction. The other manager, I think he was a shift manager, greeted the employees with such enthusiasm. I just wanted to write this down. That is a rare occurrence, fast food/casual dining. A great team!

stupid idea to have a drive through that you cant order at. " oh look that place sounds good. Lets pick up lunch". No. you'll'have to get the wheel chair out of the van and go inside to see the menu and order. " but you have a drive through". Yes but you can't use it. "ok, we'll go to Schlotzskys then".

We eat here because the food and the service is the best. Their sandwiches are always hot and fresh; salads too, but the customer service is outstanding. All of the staff are always on top of their game. Customer service is everything in a business and Randy, the assistant manager is the epitome of exemplary customer service. Every time we visit this particular McAlister’s and Randy is there, which is often; he goes beyond the call; he doesn’t spare any details. He’s friendly and very courteous. We need more Randys in this world. Thank you Randy for being the best. Highly recommend eating here.
